3.2.2 Hot water storage equipment - Electric boiler in each sanitary unit.

3.2.4 Rainwater drains - WAVIN or Geberit system.
3.2.5 Sewage drains - WAVIN POLO KAL and KG PVC pipe system.
3.3 Ventillation system
3.3.1 Office areas - 2 air handling equipments at the engineering level.
3.3.2 Washrooms - with separate system.
3.3.3 Staircases - smokeless starircases with forerooms.
3.3.4 Underground garage - 2 speed exhaust fans.
3.3.5 Air ducts - zinc plated steel pipe network.

4. HIGH -VOLTAGE EQUIPMENT
4.1. Electric supply
The building provides a 3-stage electric supply.
Primary back-up: Own transformator from a 10 kV connection, capacity 790 kW for providing operation status.
Secondary back-up: 0,4 kV connection, capacity 105 kW for the security systems.
Third back-up: possibility of diesel generator, capacity 440 kW for the security systems and the selected consumers.
4.2. Distributor equipment
Separate sub-distributor equipments for each rentable units.
4.3. Lighting fixtures
4.3.1. Office areas 4x18 W relcessed luminary.
4.3.2. Common corridors, front areas Compass 2x28 W reclessed downlight.
4.3.3. Convenience areas 1x18 W recessed downlight.

4.4.1. Switches recessed in plasterboard walls.
4.4.2. Connectors recessed in plasterboard walls or parapet channel.
5. LOW-VOLTAGE EQUIPMENT
The office building is equipped with Cuilding control system, CO detection system, fire alarm system and Security access system.
