1. Internal arrangement of the lased units

The rental areas of BC30 are finalized according to the individual requirements of the tenants. It is possible to create cellural or open-space offices. The in-house architect and contractor team of the owner takes care of the planning and the implementation of such works. The maintenance and the professional operation of the building is also performed by the Group, with the constant participation of maintainers and dispatchers on the site. The rental fee includes the turn-key interior design of the units in compliance with the standard technical description, which are defined materials and technical solutions to be used. If required, it is also possible to provide the spaces with more service compared to the standard finish.
